AI strategy workshop

What this is

Separate signal from noise.

The hardest part of AI isn't the models — it's deciding what to build. Most organisations have ten plausible use cases, three that would actually pay back, and almost no way to tell them apart on paper. We run a focused two- to four-week assessment with your leadership and operations teams. We map your processes, talk to the people doing the work, look at your data, and pressure-test the use cases against the business cases. What you get: a written, prioritised list of opportunities sized in money and effort, a readiness check across data, security, and operating model, and a costed roadmap your board can fund.

How we run it.

Four steps. Two to four weeks, depending on scope.

01

Discovery interviews

We talk to leadership, operations, and data owners. We learn the workflows, the constraints, and the metrics that matter to you.

02

Use-case scan

We compile candidate use cases — yours and ours — and score each on impact, feasibility, and risk. The shortlist is the conversation.

03

Readiness check

We assess data, security, and operating model. Where you can move now, where you need to invest first, and what to skip entirely.

04

Costed roadmap

A written, prioritised plan with sizing, sequencing, and ownership. Defendable in the boardroom and executable by your team.

What you walk out with.

A few concrete markers across delivery, reach, and continuity.

We don't resell models or platforms

Common questions.

Not always. Part of the assessment is figuring out which use cases work with the data you already have, and which need foundational work first. We'll tell you which is which.

Even better. We'll review what's running, where it's stuck, and whether to continue, refactor, or replace. A pre-mortem on an existing initiative often saves more than a fresh strategy.

We can — see AI Implementation. But we won't make the recommendation that benefits us. If the right next step is your team or another partner, we'll say so.

We don't sell awareness. We sell decisions. Every output is specific to your processes, data, and business case — and writable into a board paper without translation.
